TCP/IP Configuration: Windows NT
- Right-click on the Network Neighborhood icon on your PC desktop. Click Properties

- From here, proceed to the Protocols tab, highlight the TCP/IP protocol option. Click Properties.

- Choose your correct adapter. Click Specify an IP Address. Insert the IP address. In the example below, we are using a default gateway (router address) of 192.168.10.0, so the first usable IP is 192.168.10.1. (IP numbers shown here are for example only.)

- Switch to the DNS Configuration tab.
- Enter your hostname in the Host: field.
- Enter your domain in the Domain field. (If you do not have a domain name, please enter "dsl.net".)
- Select each IP address in the DNS Server Search Order list and click Remove if there are numbers present.
- For each DNS server that you use:
- Click Add... below DNS Server Search Order
- Enter the IP address of the DNS server (as per the IP Configuration Sheet mailed to you by DSL.net) in the DNS Server field and click Add.
- Click Apply. Click OK. (Field entries shown below are for example only.)

- You will be prompted to reboot your computer, please do so.
